Liberal Elitism at its finest

The healthcare debate raging in America for the past several weeks continues to showcase short tempers, bad ideas and classic liberal elitism. Liberals unlike most people think they are smarter than everyone else. They think their ideas are always the correct ones because they label them as the obvious "progressive" nature of how society/govt should be. So while liberals try to peddle what amounts to government takeover of the healthcare industry you can imagine their shock and outrage over the American peoples reaction. Townhall meetings across the nation from the NE to the midwest to the west coast are seeing average Americans angry, outspoken and disgusted with their elected officials. Democrats dont want to listen because this unfortunate truth (that the majority of Americans dont support Obama's plan) doesnt fit into their plan to transform American beyond recognition by years end. Democrats dont care about bipartisan legislation (as is evident from them rushing through the stimulus bill and cap and trade without reading either bill or hardly giving anytime to even debate it) and they surely dont care about developing real solutions based on market based ideas. The free market allows all people to move inbetween the classes in American, proving that anyone can be successful with enough hard work. Liberals love to tell minorities they can only succeed with government programs which they can only get access to if they vote democrat. So while Americans are yelling across the country in opposition to this healthcare plan the Obamas, Reids and Pelosis of the world decided to start disrepsecting any and all people voicing their displeasure at the townhalls. In the past few weeks democrats ranging from Rep. Baird of Washington to Senate Majority Leader Reid to House Majority Leader Pelsosi have compared these average Americans to nazis, have called their outrage fake, said they are all plants by the evil insurance companies, said it is just manufactured anger by the RNC (which seems the funniest of all, do they think if the RNC had this kind of mobilization power Republicans would have lost the 2008 election?). Well congratulations liberals instead of stepping back for a minute and thinking that 46% of the voters did vote against you, maybe you should take that into consideration with what kind of legislation you try to pas; and more importantly maybe you should take into consideration that that 46% is angry, disgusted and fed up with you belittling them, disrespecting them and lowering the level of discourse that you owe to the people who put you in office, especially since so many of them are already regretting their decision I'm sure.
