Liberal Elitism at its finest

The healthcare debate raging in America for the past several weeks continues to showcase short tempers, bad ideas and classic liberal elitism. Liberals unlike most people think they are smarter than everyone else. They think their ideas are always the correct ones because they label them as the obvious "progressive" nature of how society/govt should be. So while liberals try to peddle what amounts to government takeover of the healthcare industry you can imagine their shock and outrage over the American peoples reaction. Townhall meetings across the nation from the NE to the midwest to the west coast are seeing average Americans angry, outspoken and disgusted with their elected officials. Democrats dont want to listen because this unfortunate truth (that the majority of Americans dont support Obama's plan) doesnt fit into their plan to transform American beyond recognition by years end. Democrats dont care about bipartisan legislation (as is evident from them rushing through the stimulus bill and cap and trade without reading either bill or hardly giving anytime to even debate it) and they surely dont care about developing real solutions based on market based ideas. The free market allows all people to move inbetween the classes in American, proving that anyone can be successful with enough hard work. Liberals love to tell minorities they can only succeed with government programs which they can only get access to if they vote democrat. So while Americans are yelling across the country in opposition to this healthcare plan the Obamas, Reids and Pelosis of the world decided to start disrepsecting any and all people voicing their displeasure at the townhalls. In the past few weeks democrats ranging from Rep. Baird of Washington to Senate Majority Leader Reid to House Majority Leader Pelsosi have compared these average Americans to nazis, have called their outrage fake, said they are all plants by the evil insurance companies, said it is just manufactured anger by the RNC (which seems the funniest of all, do they think if the RNC had this kind of mobilization power Republicans would have lost the 2008 election?). Well congratulations liberals instead of stepping back for a minute and thinking that 46% of the voters did vote against you, maybe you should take that into consideration with what kind of legislation you try to pas; and more importantly maybe you should take into consideration that that 46% is angry, disgusted and fed up with you belittling them, disrespecting them and lowering the level of discourse that you owe to the people who put you in office, especially since so many of them are already regretting their decision I'm sure.

Go Big or Go Home

It appears that we have come to a crossroad in the war on terror. I for one am in favor of increasing the amount of troops in Iraq in order to totally destroy this insurgency once and for all.

I know that President Bush will make the right decision in Iraq and there is no doubt that America will prevail against the Islamic facist threat.

Patriot Act: No Rights Violated

Thanks to much congressional oversight and six investigations by the Justice Deptartment's independent Inspector General finally the left can be quieted once and for all concerning the Patriot Act. There have been no civil rights or liberties violations by the Patriot Act in a post 9/11 America.

http://www.usatoday.com/news/opinion/editorials/2006-03-01-opposing-view_x.htm

The Patriot Act has arguably been the best tool used by the government since 9/11 to prevent terrorist attacks and track down terrorists within out borders. Because of the Patriot Act terror cells have been broken up all across the country such as in Oregon, Virginia and New York to name a few. Wonder why the media isnt covering this story that much? Oh wait, liberal media bias, yeah that's what I thought.

Pelosi: Hypocritical Appointment Anyone?

So everyone remembers how this past year Nancy Pelosi had the gumption to label the Republicans in congress as the "Culture of Corruption." How silly a thought that either political party would label the other as corrupt while simutaneously trying to claim the moral high ground, ESP. the democrats trying to call out the Republicans! Republicans historically have a far better record of dealing with corruption within their own party than the dems do. Need I mention Alcee Hastings, Bill Clinton, Barney Frank, Gary Stubbs? Naw why bring up the facts when we can just ignore those, more fun that way.

Nancy Pelosi is thus far bungling her leadership role as the incoming Speaker of the House. She pushed for Murtha from Penn for the Minority Whip, who by the way was caught on tape with federal agents discussing potential bribes as well as all but confessing to past bribes. The dems in the house shot his nomination down and he lost handedly to Hoyer from Maryland.

Now only after a ton of backlash has Nancy decided NOT to appoint Hastings as Chairman of the house intelligence committee. Hastings who is the 80's was censured by the DEMOCRAT house by a vote which only had TWO vote NOT to censure Hastings. Oh and by the way Pelosi was one that voted in favor of the censure. Also Hastings was officially impeached from the bench because of scandal and corruption. Well so far so good Nancy for "cleaning up" the congress. Off to a great start with trying to appoint and some of the most corrupt congressmen from the past 20 years. Anyone miss Tip O'Neil?

Election Woes

Very interesitng point to take away from the 2006 mid-term elections. The liberal leadership in congress which takes over in January wouldnt be doing so without the CONSERVATIVE democrats that won the majority of Republican take-over seats. Very curious that liberal thankship reigns in because of conservative democrats. Interestingly enough it seems as if the conservative movement still is alive, maybe not alive and WELL, but alive with a heartbeat none the less.

Let's hope that the American people realize the important of a victory in Iraq and dont succumb to the democrats who are already urging for a pull-out. Before the war President Bush told the public how Iraq was to become the "ground zero" for the War on Terror. We shouldnt be surprised by the violence in Iraq. When the world's terrorists converge in one place there is bound to be violence. Let's give our men and women in the armed forces the chance to finish the fight and beat our enemy!

Let's not leave the demcrats to rule congress such as they did in the 80's with Tip O'Neil! Nacny Pelosi is a far scarier liberal adversary than Tip O'Neil could have ever imagined to be.

Ok Republicans, its time to suit up and storm the halls of congress and make sure everything we have worked for the past 6 years since President Bush took office does not go to waste! Here is to the hard working middle class American family, we won't leave you behind to suffer the at the hand of the tax raising democrats.

John Kerry strikes again

Well just when you thought John Kerry wouldnt try to screw over another national election, he goes and does it. For those of you living in a cave or in massive liberal denial. John Kerry just says some dumb stuff. This week the senator from Tax-a-cusetts said that if you dont study in school you basically are stupid and end up stuck in Iraq. Needless to say the troops didnt take that too well. (See above picture, courtesy of the drudgereport.)

Then to top it off Kerry blamed "stuffed shirts" such as Tony Snow and the Republican "hate" machine for even trying to call him out on his outrageous comments. Just amaing, he really doesnt get it. Thank God President Bush won in '04 or else I would be hating my life right now.
